About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Elevator Technician Assistant to join our team at Otis. As an Elevator Technician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of elevators and escalators.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of elevators and escalators
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating moving parts
• Assist in the troubleshooting and diagnosis of elevator and escalator issues
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of projects
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification a plus
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
