IT Infrastructure Manager

• We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the deployment of Windows OS to over 4000 end-user devices via AutoPilot, as well as the deployment of software packages to these devices via Company Portal.
• The ideal candidate will also have experience in deploying updates to end-user devices and servers, as well as administering Windows Servers, which run core IT applications and functions.
• In addition, they will work closely with SysOps Administrators and Engineers to provide second-level support for ServiceDesk tickets and ensure full coverage of vacation periods.

• 5 years' experience in IT hardware and IT Ops support is required.
• Previous experience with Intune (MDM, EUD Conditional Access, and Policies) and AutoPilot Deployments (Windows 10 and/or 11) is highly desirable.
• The successful candidate will also need to have previous experience with Windows Server 2016+ (installation, patching, managing, troubleshooting, and upgrading).
• Experience with Linux is also advantageous.
• A strong understanding of LAN/WAN network technology and knowledge of protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, TFTP, DNS, SSH is essential.
• Experience in supporting a global, distributed, multi-language environment is also required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a project team.

• Experience with Intune is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be based in Warsaw and will be required to travel across EU occasionally. A driving license is required, as is the ability to work in a multicultural and cross-functional environment. An IT-related higher education qualification is also highly desirable.
