Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Accountant to join our team in cash management.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Process bank statements in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate posting of bank statement positions, adhering to accounting rules and legal compliances.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Share and apply best practices in finance areas, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Create and provide reports on customer requests and Team Leader inquiries.
  • Reconcile holding accounts in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Foster effective communication with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English language skills.
  • University degree preferably in accounting or relevant fields.
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as Excel and Word.
  • Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong self-organization and target-oriented skills.
  • Customer-focused and teamwork capabilities.
