Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Requirements Definition: Gather, analyze, and formalize requirements from internal and external stakeholders to enhance payment solutions.
  • Documentation Management: Manage and update business and system requirements, user stories, use cases, API specifications, and other product artifacts.
  • Payment Process Analysis: Study and model current processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimizations.
