Key Responsibilities
• Support and contribute to the development and execution of beauty and personal care finished goods sourcing strategies
• Manage supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, service, and cost requirements are met
• Plan and execute the tendering process and subsequent analysis of prices and commercials, including supplier discussions and visits
• Negotiate contracts, business terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable agreements
• Monitor market trends, identify potential supply chain risks, and develop mitigation strategies
