- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the heat and water industry.
- Provide expert advice on energy metering solutions and Heat & Water products.
- Leverage industry events and trade fairs to build brand awareness and drive leads.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the energy and utilities sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the heat and water industry, including market dynamics and customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in Polish and English (German is an advantage).
