As a Regional Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers and identifying new business opportunities in the heat and water sector.

About the Job

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the heat and water industry.
  • Provide expert advice on energy metering solutions and Heat & Water products.
  • Leverage industry events and trade fairs to build brand awareness and drive leads.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the energy and utilities sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the heat and water industry, including market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in Polish and English (German is an advantage).
