We're looking for an experienced Supplier Enablement Specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional results.
">About the Role
">- We're seeking a skilled professional to confirm and collect supplier contacts, working closely with regional and global category managers.
- You will process new supplier onboarding requests through the Coupa Supplier Portal and perform thorough risk assessments.
- Track and report phases of onboarding for each vendor contacted and serve as the primary supplier point of contact.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Coupa Supplier Portal to ensure seamless onboarding and empower your ability to address questions and concerns.
- Resolve issues related to the new platform and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Review and process Master Data change requests submitted via the supplier portal or group mailbox.

Requirements
">- Fluent English (both oral and written)
- Master Data or relevant field experience
- Knowledge of Coupa Supplier Portal and SAP (asset)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain and update the procurement catalogue database accurately and thoroughly
