We are seeking an experienced Senior IoT System Architect to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing and deploying cutting-edge IoT systems that meet the complex needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy IoT solutions that meet client-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IoT systems with existing infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides and troubleshooting workflows.
  • Provide advanced technical support, resolving escalated issues and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve system issues, cooperating with 3rd line of support and product teams as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a technical support or system engineering role.
  • Proficiency in Linux system administration, including log analysis, script execution, and CLI tooling (e.g., ip, tcpdump, systemctl).
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols and principles (DNS, DHCP, HTTP(S), TCP/UDP, PKI).
  • Experience with testing and troubleshooting in complex multi-server architectures.
  • Fluent in English with excellent technical communication skills.
