We are seeking a highly skilled UAT Tester to join our team at Skills Matter, a leading recruitment agency specializing in the IT sector. As a UAT Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our clients' financial systems.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in finance and testing. Your primary responsibility will be to execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes for our clients' financial systems, ensuring that they meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business and functional requirements
  • Execute UAT processes for financial systems, including testing scripts and identifying defects
  • Collaborate with the Projects team and Controller SMEs to resolve issues and improve testing processes
  • Communicate testing progress and status with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in finance and testing
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, data governance, and accounting principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
