We're seeking an ambitious Project Manager (Mid or Senior) to join our Poland-based team, with the option to work remotely within Poland considered. The ideal candidate will steer groundbreaking projects, mentor rising talent, and elevate our delivery processes.

• Coordinate software and design development internally and externally.
• Serve as the main point of contact working directly with clients and project teams.
• Remove impediments hindering project teams' progress.
• Manage budgets, scope, and time effectively for successful project execution.
• Take ownership and be responsible for project success.
• Write and manage tasks efficiently.

✓ 2+ years of experience in Project Management.

✓ A solid understanding of the IT industry, including fundamental knowledge about technology stacks, development lifecycles, and related concepts.

✓ Knowledge of Project Management methodologies & frameworks.

✓ Experience working with PM tools like Jira or Linear.

Advanced written and spoken English (min. C1).

Experience and preference for working remotely.

Proven change management & risk management experience.
