In this project, you'll be part of a dynamic team developing a Windows equities trading application (based on OpenFIN) that traders rely on daily.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, eager to learn and adapt, and driven to tackle complex challenges while thriving in a collaborative environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining features for an equities trading application built with React in JavaScript and TypeScript;
- Ensuring high performance and reliability through well-structured code;
- Working with backend systems via REST APIs and data streaming; ability to read backend Java code is a plus;
- Participating in team discussions and contributing to architectural decisions for improving system scalability and maintainability.

Requirements
- At least 4+ years of professional experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- An open mind, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn new technologies and business domains;
- Ability to clearly explain non-trivial systems and algorithms;
- Ability to follow and understand technical conversations;
- Humility to ask questions where necessary;
- Ability to align your working schedule to US Eastern business hours during onboarding (2 months);

Preferred Skills
- Excellent command in spoken and written English & Polish, at least C1;
- Exposure to backend Java (reading backend code occasionally required);
- Experience developing with Electron (or OpenFin);
- Financial market experience;
- A computer science degree from a top Polish technical university;
