Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled System Application Architect to join our team at Reply Polska Sp. z o. o.

  • Develop and govern the overall architecture of the solution across all layers, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Collaborate with feature teams to design and implement architecture, driving adoption and ensuring alignment with company principles.
  • Identify synergies and maintain overall architecture principles, balancing intentional design with emerging needs.
  • Drive performance and quality criteria, demonstrating results through documentation and communication.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • University studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in solution, system, or enterprise architecture, with a strong background in full stack Java development for cloud native applications.
  • Knowledge of REST API, microservices, DevOps, cryptography, and distributed systems development.
  • Experience with agile development and SAFe methods, as well as tooling.
  • Domain knowledge within the Financial Sector, particularly in payments and tokenization.
  • Fluency in English, as it is the primary language used in the workplace.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid or remote environment, with occasional visits to the Katowice office.
