We are a team of experts at hubQuest, bringing together the best talents in IT and analytics to provide innovative solutions. Our mission is to empower our partners to become data-driven entities through our flagship service, which includes forming tech teams from scratch and growing existing units.

Currently, we are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support our partner in developing a Global Analytics unit. This team will be responsible for strengthening data-driven decision-making and developing smart data products for day-to-day operations.

Our team thrives on an innovative spirit, fostering a data-first approach in every aspect of the business. From sales and logistics to marketing and purchasing, our smart data products have been instrumental in our rapid growth and operational excellence.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data analytics strategy. You will lead complex data analysis projects that influence key business decisions and drive the analytical direction within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Data Analysis: Lead advanced analytical projects, leveraging data to uncover insights that inform strategic business decisions
  • Leadership in Analytics: Mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team
  • Data Visualization and Reporting: Create and oversee the development of advanced dashboards and reports that clearly communicate strategic insights to senior stakeholders
  • Innovative Problem-Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and employ data-driven strategies to address them
  • Process Optimization: Spearhead initiatives to enhance analytical methodologies and data infrastructure, ensuring best practices in data analysis

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field, with a proven track record of leading analytical projects
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong knowledge of Python
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or another quantitative discipline
  • At least basic knowledge of Grafana
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership
  • Exceptional ability to work within a diverse team, sharing insights and learning from a global community
  • Pragmatic and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering impactful outcomes in an agile manner
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) as you will communicate in English almost all the time
