About Us

Devopsbay is a rapidly growing technology company expanding from 2 to approximately 15 members, giving you significant influence over the team's structure and operational practices.

We currently have 4 open positions for this role in our marketing department.

Your Role

You will contribute to and improve an integrated marketing technology stack that powers our acquisition and retention strategies. Your work will focus on:

  • Developing data pipelines to connect with ad partners and enhance customer engagement capabilities.
  • Optimizing systems for ad spend and refining data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Expanding marketing task automation and evolving our ecosystem to boost marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Our Technology Stack

  • Frontend: React.
  • Backend: GoLang, Kotlin.
  • Cloud: AWS (with emphasis on SQS and SNS).
  • Data: RedShift, Lakehouse architecture.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong fundamentals in building robust, scalable applications.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with GoLang and Kotlin is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with AWS services (SQS, SNS), RedShift, and Lakehouse architecture is a strong plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to handle unclear project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
