About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in IT Application Support and a strong understanding of software applications and database systems. They will be responsible for providing technical support for applications supporting production processes in various European locations.

Main Responsibilities:Technical support for applications.Issue resolution and code/database corrections.Application customization and configuration.Applications upgrades management.Ticket resolution and oncall support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IS/IT or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in IT Application Support.
  • Basic experience with C#, PHP, C++, COBOL, and MS SQL, Oracle SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • English proficiency - min. B2.
