Your Key Responsibilities- You will provide expert guidance on the Workday platform, ensuring seamless implementation, support, and enhancement of Workday-based solutions.
- You will assist clients in optimizing their processes within Workday, identifying areas for improvement and developing tailored proposals to address these needs.
- You will design and deliver training sessions, equipping clients with the skills and knowledge required to maximize the value of their Workday investment.
- Together with your team, you'll identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of Workday-based solutions.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in various modules of SuccessFactors, including functional knowledge and experience in implementing and supporting applications.
- Proven expertise in analyzing and optimizing business processes in SAP SuccessFactors and managing projects.
- Possession of valid SAP SuccessFactors certificates in various modules.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with good knowledge of English or German (proficiency in both languages will be an additional asset).
