We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Project Management Officer to join our Digital Team at AmRest Holdings SE. This exciting opportunity allows you to drive digital transformation and contribute to the company's success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution & Oversight – Manage digital projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and using project management tools.
  • Methodology & Tools Development – Create, implement, and improve project management tools and methodologies, including Jira, roadmaps, and key reporting frameworks.
  • Enhance Digital Team Efficiency – Work closely with the Digital Team to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and maximize business value.
  • Internal & External Communication – Ensure seamless communication of successes, milestones, and key digital events across the company.
  • Reporting & Documentation – Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and data files for senior stakeholders.
  • Project Formalization & Compliance – Maintain project documentation, keeping reports, presentations, and management files up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
  • Key Document Creation & Standardization – Develop and refine key documents, such as weekly & monthly presentations, project & product roadmaps, and financial reconciliation reports.
Requirements:
  • E-commerce Business Understanding – Basic knowledge of e-commerce and retail business functions, particularly in a global company.
  • Google Suite Proficiency – Strong Excel skills are essential.
  • English Language Skills – Strong written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
  • Complex Idea Presentation – Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Adaptability & Prioritization – Strong adaptability and prioritization skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills – Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Teamwork & Independence – Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Project Management Expertise – Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
  • Graphic Design Knowledge – Experience with design tools like Canva is beneficial.
