Job Overview

This exciting opportunity is part of Vattenfall's IT department, specifically within the Analytics Solutions team, which spans locations in Stockholm, Amsterdam, Berlin, Hamburg, and Katowice. As a Data Analytics Scrum Master, you will work closely with DevOps teams to design, develop, and support analytics solutions that directly impact financial steering, planning, and forecasting.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Scrum Master working with at least two teams, advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) or Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II), and knowledge of scaling frameworks such as LeSS, Scrum of Scrums, or Nexus.

Responsibilities
  • Support Product Owners in effective Product Backlog management and understanding agile principles.
  • Facilitate discussions between Business Units and support work prioritization.
  • Collaborate with Development Teams and Product Owners to apply data-driven decision-making based on metrics.
  • Coach Development Teams in self-organization and cross-functionality.
  • Facilitate Scrum teams in regular meetings, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the teams.
Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in Scrum Master methodologies. The ideal candidate should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience as a Scrum Master, with experience in scaling Agile frameworks.
  • Advanced knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and certification (CSM, A-CSM, PSM I, II).
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

We offer an attractive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and generous vacation time.
