This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Salesforce Marketing Specialist to work with us and contribute to the growth of our clients' businesses.

Job Description

We are looking for a Cloud Technology Consultant who has extensive experience in implementing and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the analysis, implementation, training, and commissioning of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement projects.
  • Analyze customer needs and map them to Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities.
  • Design system functionalities according to business requirements.
  • Configure journeys, content, and data automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools.
  • Conduct training for client teams.
  • Help create marketing automation strategies tailored to clients' business goals.
  • Create project documentation and conduct presentations.
  • Participate in the pre-sales process by creating Proof of Concept solutions and presenting them to prospective clients.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, both domestically and internationally.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of experience working with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform as a business consultant.
  • Proven commercial experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including working as a consultant/developer on delivery projects.
  • A strong understanding of marketing processes and technology, including SQL and AMPscript proficiency or willingness to learn.
  • Experience building email templates using drag-and-drop platforms and HTML/CSS tweaks where necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or project engagements.
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • The ability to document project work and solution design.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Communicative German or French.
  • Knowledge of Pardot or Marketing Cloud Personalization or Data Cloud.
