Job Description

We are seeking a Junior ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in cross-platform software engineering and experience delivering projects. This role will support the transformation of our industry standard order and delivery management systems.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with U.S based Product Management, Business Systems, and Operations teams throughout system development life cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow platform.
  2. Build and maintain applications, modules, and workflows within ServiceNow platform.
  3. Actively support configuration management of code and software.
  4. Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, applications, and databases, using web services, REST, SOAP APIs.
  5. Support detailed documentation of systems and features.
  6. Conduct unit, system, and integration testing to ensure quality and stability of created solutions.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues and defects as they arise.
  8. Actively participate in coding exercises and peer code reviews as part of the development life cycles and change management.
  9. Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings.
