Job Description

  1. Ensure clean and accurate data is ready for migration to SAP systems during implementation or upgrades
  2. Identifying inconsistencies, duplicates, or inaccuracies in the ERP SAP platform, mainly related to Outline Agreements
  3. Clean and enrich data: owning, coordinating and performing cleansing activities like removing duplicates, correcting errors, and standardizing data formats
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and standards
  5. Cooperate with business analysts, developers, and functional consultants to identify data-related issues

Requirements

  • University degree;
  • Very good level of written and spoken English (B2 or C1);
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
  • Experience in SAP ERP and other IT systems (SKP, CORA);
  • Min. 4 years of experience in the operational procurement area;
  • Knowledge of purchasing processes with a focus on S2P;
  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP modules, data management principles, and system architecture;
  • Natural communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;
  • Good analytical skills, can think critically, and assertive attitude;
  • Inquisitive and diligent, can read between the lines.
