Cybersecurity Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Professional to lead our penetration testing efforts.

The security department plays a crucial role in protecting our assets, data, and infrastructure, as well as supporting clients in ensuring their security. We aim to expand our current team to enhance these efforts.

As a Cybersecurity Specialist - Penetration Test Lead, you will be responsible for conducting analyses and penetration tests of applications, infrastructure, and systems, coordinating and managing penetration tests, monitoring and assessing security threats, and implementing countermeasures. You will collaborate with the Cybersecurity, IT, and DevOps teams to identify, analyze, and resolve vulnerabilities, prepare test reports, and present findings to stakeholders, recommending corrective actions.

You will also participate in IT security projects and support initiatives aimed at enhancing security, maintaining relationships with external partners, defining external tasks, and reviewing the results of outsourced work.

To succeed in this role, you should have +3 years of experience in IT, with a significant portion focused on cybersecurity, proven experience in conducting and coordinating penetration tests, practical knowledge of tools and techniques used in penetration testing, familiarity with testing standards and methodologies, understanding of vulnerability classification and categorization standards, strong ability to work independently, coupled with a desire for continuous learning and self-development, excellent communication and analytical skills, and advanced proficiency in English.

Our hiring process includes an initial interview meeting, interview meeting with the Compliance & Cybersecurity Manager, offer presentation, and welcome to our team. The estimated salary range for this position is PLN 80,000 - 120,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
