We are seeking an Application Manager to support multiple tenants in a banking application (Payments 2.0) through coordination and handling of service requests, production monitoring, and ITIL processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination and handling of service requests;
- Production monitoring and incident management;
- Alignment with suppliers and clients using established procedures;
- Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and changes;
- Analyze technical incidents and involve 3rd level support if needed;
- Implement monitoring for production environments;
- Maintain intricate knowledge of the SEPA processing and Instant Payment processing chain;
- Determine impact and estimate resolution times in case of incidents;
- Establish counter measures in case of incidents;
- Initiate improvement plans and prevention of problems;
- Contribute to the introduction of new products;
- Coordinate and handle service requests.
Requirements:
- Degree as computer scientist with multiyear professional experience;
- Ability to work and communicate in an international environment;
- Strong interest in supporting complex issues;
- Experience in handling SQL;
- Experience in scripting;
- Fluent in German (C1);
- Professional approach when dealing with customers;
- Team spirit;
- High degree of initiative, accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail;
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances;
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to change in a complex organization;
- High aptitude for learning and self-motivation;
- Strong problem-solving capabilities;
- Preferably ITIL certified.
