Job Overview

As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing marketing initiatives. This position requires a unique blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and engage our target audience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Content Creation & Management – Developing compelling content for various channels, including blog posts, articles, social media, and marketing copy; ensuring consistency in tone and messaging;
  • Marketing Campaigns Execution – Assisting in the planning, implementation, and performance tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns;
  • Market Research & Analysis – Conducting competitor research, identifying trends, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts;
  • Graphic & Video Content Support – Preparing basic marketing materials (e.g., social media graphics, presentations) and assisting in video content creation and editing;
  • Collaboration & Coordination – Working with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives;
  • Marketing Tools & CRM – Utilizing various marketing tools and platforms to support automation, analytics, and reporting.
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in marketing (internships, freelance, or junior roles included);
  • Strong writing and communication skills in both Polish (native) and English (B2/C1);
  • Creativity & critical thinking – ability to generate new ideas and challenge the status quo;
  • Proactive & self-motivated attitude – readiness to take ownership of tasks and suggest improvements;
  • Good research and analytical skills – ability to find, interpret, and present relevant data;
  • Tech-savviness – experience with marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics);
