About the Job

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in developing applications using Java, including Java SE, Java EE/Spring, and multi-threaded programming.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement efficient software solutions using Java
  2. Supervise and lead a team of developers, guiding them towards achieving their goals and objectives
  3. Interview and onboard new team members, shaping the team's composition and culture
  4. Oversee project delivery and ensure timely completion of tasks
  5. Track and report project progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with stakeholders
  6. Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication and collaboration

Key Requirements
