About Our Team

The Financial Markets team offers expertise combined with deep local market knowledge to deliver risk management, financing and investment solutions to clients. Our capabilities span origination, structuring, sales, trading and research, covering fixed income, currencies, commodities, equities and capital markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with fellow developers, financial market infrastructure experts, testers, architects and operations teams to develop working solutions.
  2. Take ownership of software component analysis, design, build and delivery written in Java.
  3. Monitor task progress and provide regular updates.
  4. Apply architectural principles around scalability, security and fault tolerance.
  5. Develop a deep understanding of Market Risk & Market Risk Stress Testing mechanics.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Strong experience and academic background with 10+ years of Java development.
  • Continuous learning, staying up-to-date with modern technologies.
  • Good general understanding of computer and network performance.
  • Technical skills including proven exposure to column-oriented databases like ClickHouse, Tinybird, Druid or Pinot.
  • Experience working with large data sets (~200m records daily volume), low latency databases with over 1 bn records.
  • At least 5 years experience in Risk/FM/Treasury projects for the bank.
  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on skills in Core Java, JDK 17, GC, collections & streams, threading, latency problems, exceptions, optimization.
  • REST Template / WebClient, JDBC & JPA, Lombok, Jackson.
  • Strong team player with excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
