Job DescriptionThis is a challenging role that requires expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale data processing systems on cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure, or AWS. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of commercial experience in programming, with a proven track record in using JVM languages such as Scala, Java, or Kotlin, as well as Python and SQL. Experience in data warehousing solutions like Big Query, Snowflake, or Databricks is also essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring solution quality through automated testing, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and code review. Strong collaboration skills, proficiency in English (B2 level), and communicative Polish language skills are required.
Requirements- At least 3 years of commercial experience in programming
- Proven record with a selected cloud provider (GCP preferred)
- Good knowledge of JVM languages (Scala, Java, Kotlin)
- Good knowledge of Python and SQL
- Experience in one of the data warehousing solutions (Big Query, Snowflake, Databricks)
- In-depth understanding of big data aspects (data storage, modeling, processing, scheduling)
