Employment Branding Strategist

At TeamQuest, we're seeking an Employment Branding Strategist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing an employer branding strategy that aligns with our company's goals and values.

To achieve this, you'll conduct research to understand what motivates and attracts top talents, and adjust our strategy based on insights from the market. You'll also monitor industry trends to identify opportunities to strengthen our employer brand.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating engaging content that showcases our company culture, employee success stories, and career opportunities. You'll be responsible for creating high-quality written communication related to employer branding, such as LinkedIn posts, videos, and blog posts.

In addition to your creative skills, you'll need to have strong project management skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with social media platforms and content management systems is also essential.
