We are seeking a highly skilled Nordic Payroll Operations Manager to join our team at Solventum Corporation. As a key member of our payroll operations, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Nordic countries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing payroll processing for employees in Nordic countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Importing salary and tax bank files into the banking system.
  • Calculating salaries, deductions, and taxes accurately, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Handling termination or resignation processes, including early payment of benefits.
  • Time and attendance system management, including monthly sickness reporting and parental leave.
  • Responding to employee inquiries and providing guidance on payroll-related issues.
  • Collaborating with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
