Our Products

Our flagship product enables our customers to personalize their sportsbooks, improving their performance with unique and accurate fair value odds derived from live streaming data.

As a key member of our R&D team, you will contribute to the development of a data retrieval system that collects diverse information through APIs, WebSockets, and scraping. This system will be engineered to perform a range of functions, including parsing, verification, processing, and seamless data transmission to both internal and external systems.

Your Role on Our Team

We are seeking an experienced talent to join our R&D group and collaborate with us to solve complex problems in a simple way. As a mid-level developer, you will be a team player working with other developers, product managers, QA, system architects, and tech leaders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and deploying robust, scalable backend services.
  • Collaborating with system architects, data scientists, and product managers to define and implement business logic and data models.
  • Maintaining and optimizing existing backend systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Conducting code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and mentoring junior engineers to elevate code quality across the team.
  • Staying informed about the latest technologies and assessing their usability for current and future projects.
  • Establishing good relationships with your teammates and partners, understanding requirements, creating code, automatic tests, and documentation.
Our Expectations

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in backend development, with a proven track record of deploying production-grade services.
  • Proven experience in C# .NET Core.
  • Experience in real-time messaging systems and technologies such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.
  • Strong experience with SQL databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Good understanding of containerized architecture such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Finished studies in a technical field like computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related area.
  • Very good English both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid mode.
What Sets You Apart

  • Experience in frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
How We Work

We work in self-organizing Scrum teams, prioritizing test writing and code refactoring. We take care of technological debt and code quality, planning our Sprint goals every 2 weeks and using OKRs in our quarterly planning. We communicate in both Polish (internally) and English (with our partners), working in a hybrid mode with flexible hours from home or our office in Katowice.

Our recruitment process consists of three stages:

  • Screening – video call (15-30 minutes in Polish).
  • Technical interview – video call (90 minutes in Polish).
  • Final interview with the Hiring Manager – video call (60 minutes in English).
