Project Manager in IT Supply Chain

Become part of our team as a Project Manager. Your mission is to lead DS customers toward the digitalization and innovation process adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster trust-based relationships with customers, driving valuable partnerships.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, activities, and resources to ensure successful contract execution.
  • Lead and/or contribute to the definition of the Statement of Work (SOW) and secure execution according to SOW.
  • Create and manage project plans and scope throughout the lifecycle of projects.
  • Monitor execution on time, quality, and budget, securing project baseline and margin.
  • Identify, evaluate, categorize the impact, and communicate project risks. Define, implement, and monitor/track mitigation action plans.
  • Manage escalation and senior C-level reporting.
  • Manage and provide guidance to the project team.
  • Prepare/update business forecasts and ensure consistency with information systems.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities during project execution.
  • Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability. Ensure maximum reuse of existing best practices and create new ones.
  • Produce lessons learned and secure adoption during project execution.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience as a project manager in software implementation for external customers.
  • Ability and proven experience in managing teams of 5-10 consultants in remote mode (multi-locations).
  • Leadership qualities and excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to act professionally with diverse groups of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform risk analysis, manage budget, and perform resource planning.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of business time.
  • Preferable skills and experience:
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Good knowledge of Italian, French, or Turkish language is a big plus.
  • Experience with Supply Chain Planning software.
  • Project Management methodology trainings and certifications (such as PMP, Lean) will be a valuable asset.
