We are seeking a highly skilled Information Developer Lead to join our team at TN Poland.

Job Responsibilities
  • You will lead the development of user documentation for our software products, ensuring it is concise, clear, and accurate.
  • You will oversee the editing process for fellow technical writers and documentation contributors, helping them improve their work.
  • You will stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of Dynatrace, being the first adopter.
  • You will use your technical knowledge to navigate complex use cases and document them in an easy-consumable way.
  • You will connect the perspectives of developers and users together, acting as a user advocate.
  • You will provide guidance for documentation contributors, enabling them to work autonomously.
  • You will share your knowledge and expertise, mentoring fellow technical writers.
  • You will work in the docs-as-code process using a markdown-based static site, VSCode, and Git.
Requirements
  • You should have a technical degree paired with writing experience OR a linguistic degree paired with technology-related experience.
  • You should have 6+ years of experience in technical communication, with a focus on creating user documentation for software.
  • You should have experience in editing other writer's content.
  • You should have an understanding of different content types in the documentation and their purpose.
  • You should have a superb level of English.
  • You should be able to produce clear, precise, and conversational copy for the web.
  • You should be able to learn quickly and drive to learn constantly.
  • You should be able to understand both developers and users of software.
  • You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You should have experience in agile software development environment.
  • You should be proficient in Markdown, Git, Jira, and PowerShell.
