Our Mission

We're seeking a talented Rendering Engineer to join our development team in Krakow. As a key member of our engine team, you'll be responsible for developing cutting-edge rendering technology for our next AAA title.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the engine team to design and implement advanced rendering features.
• Work closely with content creators to understand their visual requirements and deliver high-quality results.
• Write and maintain robust, high-performance code that meets the demands of our target platforms.
• Analyze, optimize, and improve existing rendering pipelines and content creator workflows.
• Contribute innovative ideas for features and improvements as our engine evolves.
• Communicate and educate fellow developers about implemented features and rendering technologies.
• Adhere to team coding standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in graphics programming, including Xbox One, PS4, or equivalent platform development.
• Strong understanding of performance and memory constraints in game development.
• Excellent 3D math skills and low-level engine experience.
• Good understanding of multi-threaded programming and modern 3D graphics APIs.
• Working knowledge of modern-day GPU hardware and typical performance bottlenecks.
• Experience with writing GPU shaders.
