Your Role
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
- Gather and document user requirements, create user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate procurement needs into features and assist in maintaining the product backlog.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation, provide training and support to end-users.
- SUPPORT CHANGE MANAGEMENT INITIATIVES TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL ADOPTION AND INTEGRATION OF NEW PROCESSES AND SYSTEMS.
- Prepare test plans, testing coordination, and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar, preferably in the procurement domain.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in English language skills, both verbal and written.
- Understand procurement processes and systems.
- Experience with Agile methodologies will be a plus.
