The role of the Principal Country & Site Activation Manager (Global Start Up Study Manager) involves overseeing the country and site activation process for clinical trials. This includes developing and delivering a global plan for country and site activation, ensuring that critical study timelines are achieved, and providing troubleshooting support to ensure productive contribution to study delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead key activities and progress your career in clinical operations. The successful candidate will have significant experience in clinical operations, preferably across multiple therapeutic areas and phases of development in Rx and Vx. They will also have experience analyzing data to optimize clinical trial delivery and creating various scenarios to support operational design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver a global plan for country and site activation
  • Ensure critical study timelines are achieved
  • Provide troubleshooting support to ensure productive contribution to study delivery
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of all aspects of global country site activation
