About the Role:
The Salesforce Administrator will play a crucial role in managing, optimizing, and securing the Salesforce environment, automating processes, supporting users, and collaborating on system integrations. This position requires a high level of expertise in Salesforce Administration and related technologies, including API, middleware, SOQL/SQL, relational databases, and ETL.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the Salesforce environment: configuration, maintenance, monitoring
- Create and modify automation rules (e.g., Flow)
- User administration: managing profiles, roles, permissions, and access
- Develop reports and dashboards to support operations and strategy
- Implement best practices for security and system performance
- Collaborate with business and system analysts to achieve business goals
