  • This role involves working as a key member of the housing team at Central Recruitment Services Ltd, supporting tenants and licensees in maintaining their homes.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in housing management services, including estate services, maintenance, and tenancy enforcement.

Responsibilities

">
  1. Provide high-quality housing management services to tenants and licensees.
  2. Act as an ambassador for the association, building positive relationships with customers, licensees, and their care and support providers.
  3. Respond to customer enquiries and complete tasks within target timescales.
  4. Ensure viewing and sign-up processes operate efficiently, drawing on assistance from support staff and sheltered housing assistants when needed.

Requirements

">
  • Experience in front-line social care roles, preferably in housing management services.
  • Knowledge of housing legislation and good practice, including rented, care, and supported social housing.
  • Ability to work with IT systems to monitor performance, including NEC and CRMC.

Further Requirements

">
  • Current valid right to work in the UK.
  • Minimum 12 months of paid experience in a front-line social care role within the last 3 years.
  • A fully enhanced DBS registered on the DBS update service or willingness to apply for one through Central.
