Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will execute the quality strategy and ensure the development and release of high-quality software products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive quality initiatives and implement techniques that promote outstanding software. Additionally, you will participate in highly visible Salesforce initiatives across the organization, testing applications on the Force.com platform and supporting integrations with Salesforce. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining test scripts within testing automation platforms (CRT, Selenium, etc.). You will define and implement automated regression testing processes and frameworks, including UI, back end, Salesforce components, and integrations. You will also coordinate and perform application load and performance testing across testers and the Salesforce team. Your primary goal is to ensure Salesforce functionality aligns with business needs by executing test cases and evaluating testing results. You will document issues in a quality assurance tracking system and make recommendations for long-term improvements. Furthermore, you will research and apply Salesforce QA best practices and guidelines, improving system productivity, scaling, and monitoring, and keeping up-to-date with trends and standards in the Salesforce environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS/CIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience working with test management tools (e.g., QASE, CRT) and implementing test automation frameworks is required. Proficiency in developing test automation scripts on the Salesforce platform is essential. Familiarity with integrating Clari and Outreach with Salesforce is beneficial. Strong QA background with the ability to facilitate and manage QA activities, including excellent communication skills (written and verbal), is necessary. Understanding of complex data structures and application integrations is also required. Interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization are essential.
