Fincon Reply is a consulting and solutions company specializing in banks, the savings bank financial group, and the insurance industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to join our rapidly growing department in Poland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Java and Angular applications for a dedicated customer in the German financial industry.
  • Work on a new project starting this year and take responsibility for the product.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions using the Java and Angular Cloud Tech Stack.
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment and take responsibility in a self-organized Scrum team.
  • Meet with the team once a month to plan work and discuss progress.

Requirements
  • Very good communication skills in English, expected level: B2.
  • Communication skills in German are a plus.
  • Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science.
  • At least 5 years of project experience with a subset of the following technologies and frameworks: Java 17, Spring Boot 3, Kafka, PostgreSQL, SQL, REST, JUnit, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS, Jenkins, Spinnaker, Git, Github, GitLab, SonarCube, Kubernetes, Docker, ELK Stack, Cucumber, Camunda, Artifactory, Enterprise Architect.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in agile teams and DevSecOps.
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
