Job Description

We are looking for a Teleinformatics Expert to join our team and contribute to designing, implementing, and servicing teleinformatic systems. The ideal candidate has technological certificates and a passion for creating new technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Specialized education in informatics, telecommunications, or related field
  • Experience in IT system administration, maintenance, and development
  • Minimum 2 years in NMS solutions; familiarity with Zabbix is a plus
  • Understanding of modern IT system architecture
  • Knowledge of Linux in server applications
  • Understanding of virtualization and containerization concepts (Kubernetes, KVM, Docker)
  • Knowledge of database technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
  • Familiarity with the operation principles of a telecommunications network, including SNMP protocol
  • Familiarity with other Telecommunication Network Management Systems (NMS)
  • Familiarity with Ansible, ELK Stack tools is a plus
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • Analytical skills, communication abilities, and teamwork skills
  • Independence, problem-solving skills (technical and non-technical)

Responsibilities

  • Participation in NMS system deployments and maintenance
  • Providing 1st and 2nd line maintenance for OSS/BSS systems, including NMS
  • Administration of OSS/BSS systems, including NMS
  • Development and optimization of implemented and maintained systems
  • Collaboration with NMS solution providers
  • Participation in maintaining a group of NMS/OSS systems

Additional Information

The position includes optional on-call duties, providing 1st and 2nd line support in a 24/7 mode.
