**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeping Expert to join our Accountancy Shared Services team in Warsaw. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, preparing financial records, reconciling bank accounts, and providing support to the Accountancy team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Bookkeeping: Manage the books of a portfolio of clients, providing accurate financial information and services.
  • Financial Record Management: Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in the client's accounts.
  • Bank Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts and prepare VAT returns, guaranteeing compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide support to the Accountancy team with any ad-hoc tasks, demonstrating your ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and working with financial accounts.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and legislation.
  • Proficient in using accounting software.
