You will be responsible for identifying missing devices, coordinating with stakeholders to retrieve them, and managing inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of new devices.

This position requires excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Additionally, you should have experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a strong understanding of inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Device Tracking: Track missing medical demonstration devices used at trainings, conferences, or hospitals to determine the stage of the demonstration process at which they became unaccounted for.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with the warehouse, sales department, transport companies, and customer representatives to retrieve missing devices.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the virtual scrapping process for devices deemed irretrievable and ensure appropriate financial adjustments are applied in alignment with regional accountability.
  • Repair Arrangements: Arrange repairs and schedule annual maintenance services for demonstration devices, providing cost estimates to relevant stakeholders for timely approvals.
  • New Device Ordering: Order new demonstration and loaner devices, tracking open orders to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
  • Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken English, with German being a plus but not required.
  • Education: University degree in Logistics or Business Administration preferred but not necessary.
  • Skills: Strong investigative and analytical skills, knowledge of inventory management systems, effective communication and collaboration skills, and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
