Job Title: SAP Solution Architect

At Bosch, we are seeking a highly skilled SAP Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our sales logistics team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge IT solutions that align with our business needs, security, governance, and technology standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement strategic solution architectures that enable innovative business models in sales logistics.
  • Align technology strategies with business missions, processes, and innovative business models, documenting this alignment through comprehensive architectural models.
  • Lead innovation and strategic research initiatives that identify and implement new technologies and methodologies, enhancing sales logistics systems and processes.
  • Provide expert advice to business process owners on technical requirements and their business impact, balancing short-term needs against the long-term vision.
  • Collaborate closely with other IT architects to align the enterprise IT strategy with business objectives, ensuring a cohesive and strategic approach to technology and business model development.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of SAP ecosystems, including legacy SAP R/3 systems and SAP S/4HANA Sales, with a strong focus on sales logistics processes.
  • Advanced solution architecture proficiency, with demonstrated experience in developing and implementing solution architectures that align with complex business needs, security policies, and technological advancements.
  • Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects towards successful, innovative outcomes.
  • Strong advisory and mentorship skills to guide ERP development teams and business and product teams through technical decisions, architectural considerations, and best practices.
