Litigation Attorney

We are currently conducting a recruitment process on behalf of our client, a prestigious law firm based in Warsaw, and are seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join their team.

• Provide legal representation and advice in complex litigation cases, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of legal disputes, including case strategy, document preparation, and court appearances.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in civil and commercial law.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, utilizing excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• A Master's degree in Law from a reputable institution.
• Possession of professional qualifications as an attorney-at-law or legal advisor, with a strong understanding of civil and commercial law.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in litigation, gained at a reputable law firm, with a proven track record in managing complex legal disputes.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a strong command of business terminology.
