As a Product Design Lead, you will become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
Your Responsibilities
- Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for both B2C & B2B SaaS products as well as mobile applications.
- Showcase a strong portfolio that demonstrates skills and a passion for creating intuitive designs.
- Take ownership of projects and act as a co-owner.
- Gather data, analyze, consult, and conduct user research.
- Produce design artifacts such as screen maps, personas, customer journey maps, and wireframes.
- Visualize solutions with clean & clear appealing UI designs.
- Communicate effectively and advocate for user-centric design solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance product consistency and technical realism.
- Participate in pre-sales activities and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.
- Optimize processes within the agile workflow between design and development teams.
- Mentor and inspire junior consultants.
- Stay updated on trends in design, technology, and user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX with a solid understanding of methodologies and processes.
- Proficiency in Figma design software.
- Strong understanding and experience with design systems.
- Ability to interpret wireframes into high-fidelity screens.
- Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Experience with product discovery.
