The Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Analytics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will analyze, interpret, and communicate data effectively for executive reporting, identifying trends, and opportunities for improvement. You will also partner with IT to design and implement automated solutions for tracking key metrics and KPIs.

About the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in People Data Analytics, with a proven track record of stakeholder management, executive influence, and partnership. They will be skilled in operating within a complex, cross-functional, geo-distributed organization and possess expertise in tools/platforms such as Power BI, SmartRecruiters, and Workday.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain sophisticated reporting and analytics strategies to support Talent Acquisition goals.
  • Analyze, interpret, and communicate data effectively for executive reporting, identifying trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Leverage historical data to forecast hiring needs, anticipate talent shortages, and proactively build talent pipelines.
  • Partner with IT to design and implement automated solutions for tracking key metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex issues across the recruiting data landscape and workflows.
