As a Senior Android Developer at Fincon Reply, you will be part of a dynamic team that specializes in providing innovative solutions to the banking and financial industries. Our company is committed to delivering high-quality services, and we are looking for experienced professionals who can help us achieve this goal.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Android developer with a strong background in Kotlin development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in mobile development and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Strong communication skills in English and Polish (C1 level or higher) are essential, while knowledge of German is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing new features in an agile environment using the latest technology (Kotlin) for a client in the German financial industry;
  • Continual improvement of codebase (refactoring for performance, clean code, etc.);
  • Maintenance and improvement of build/deployment pipelines (e.g., using Jenkins);
  • Availability to meet with the team in the office once a month to plan work and discuss progress.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in mobile development;
  • SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF HIGHER EDUCATION AS A QUALIFIED IT SPECIALIST OR UNIVERSITY DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE;
  • Very good communication skills in English and Polish, level C1 or higher;
  • Communication skills in German is a plus;
  • Knowledge of development in Android using Kotlin;
  • Knowledge of different design patterns (e.g., MVVM, VIPER);
  • API integration knowledge (e.g., Wallet API);
  • Banking project experience is a plus;
  • Knowledge of development in iOS is a plus;

The estimated salary for this position is between 50,000 PLN and 70,000 PLN per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
