As we continue to grow and evolve, we seek an experienced Senior ML Product Manager to lead the development and monetization of new machine learning, data, and performance advertising solutions. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams, external partners, and customers to identify opportunities for improved revenue and user experience across both existing devices and upcoming product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the buildout, launch, and adoption of new ML/AI and performance advertising solutions, while concurrently launching enhancements/improvements to existing features.
  • Collaborate with local and global product & engineering, design, product marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and deliver industry-recognized products.
  • Synthesize customer needs, first-party data positions, inventory, and technology capabilities to propose and execute on new advertising solutions.
  • Optimize existing and roll-out new advertising solutions, including technical delivery and end-to-end cross-functional support.
  • Support the vision and strategy for overall products within the Product Area.
  • Communicate product strategy, plans, and progress to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in the advertising industry.
  • Define metrics and KPIs to measure product success and ensure products meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management/Technical Product Management, with at least 2 years in digital advertising/AdTech.
  • A proven track record of end-to-end technical product delivery, with demonstrated impact from shipped products.
  • Experience applying ML/AI in product development.
  • Experience owning product and roadmap strategy.
  • A deep understanding of and demonstrated experience with the ads and AdTech ecosystem, including existing and competitive performance advertising solutions.
  • Comfort with dealing with data; experience with SQL and data processing/data warehouses is a plus.
  • Demonstrated high agency action and ability to be the source of action, rather than waiting for direction, especially in creating multi-million dollar new advertising solutions used by thousands of customers.
  • Comfort balancing concurrent projects and managing tradeoffs of a product.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a business, technology, or related field; a Master's degree/MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in Agile product development is a plus.
  • Spoken and written proficiency in English.
