Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will be responsible for generating strategic insights and operational reporting to support different markets.

Your primary focus will be on migrating activities from assigned markets to the Global Business Service (GBS) Center, ensuring that reports meet the requirements of stakeholders as defined in the Service Level Targets (SLTs).

You will also take part in Continuous Improvement projects aimed at standardizing, simplifying, and making processes more efficient.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting to work in a multinational environment with a wide variety of projects and ambitious goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Generate and analyze reports for the Marketing - Strategic Insights (SI) team based in the markets.
  • Ensure completeness of documentations such as Desktop Procedures and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
  • Implement Continuous improvement initiatives to make current reporting processes more efficient and accurate.
  • Aid Center Process Manager (CPM) in reviewing new market requests.
  • Perform quality checks via control points to ensure accuracy of reports delivered by GBS.
Requirements
  • Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing basics, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics.
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in FMCG, BPO/Shared Service Center Experience or any related industry.
  • Strong command of English Language (fluent oral and written).
  • Good communication skills - this person will be talking to Marketing Directors / SI managers.
  • Presentation Skills.
  • MS Office (Advanced Excel and PPT).
  • Power BI would be an advantage.
  • Automation / Macro / SAP / SQL would be an advantage.
