Job Title: IT Security Architect
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Security Architect to join our team at DSV. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive security architecture blueprints, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain security architecture blueprints to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Evaluate existing security measures and recommend enhancements to protect against emerging threats.
- Provide expert advice on security best practices, risk management, and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address security concerns and recommend effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough security reviews of system designs, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure security controls are integrated seamlessly into the development lifecycle.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and SME in two or more security domains.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in securing major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of network security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Experience in incident handling, threat detection, and incident response procedures.
- Familiarity with SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), vulnerability management, and EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive and able to work independently, taking ownership of security initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of security awareness.
- Demonstrated employment history within IT Security Operations.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with OT (Operational Technology) security.
- Knowledge of Secure Development (SDLC) practices.
- Familiarity with Container Security.
- Exposure to Vulnerability Management.
- Participation in Pentest/Red Team exercises.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP,GCIH).
- Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
